We collect basic usage data and the files you upload for the sole purpose of providing our document conversion service. If you subscribe to Premium, our payment provider (Paddle) collects necessary billing information.
Your uploaded files are processed securely by our backend servers. They are kept only for the duration required to complete the conversion and are automatically deleted shortly after.
We implement strict security measures to protect your documents. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information or uploaded files to outside parties.
We may use cookies to enhance your user experience and track session information.
We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record for all payments. When you purchase a subscription, you are also subject to Paddle's Privacy Policy regarding your financial data.
